There is always something that stops you from going to the gym, preparing healthy meals, going to sleep at a regular time or working on your personal development.

Remember that action comes first and then you get motivated to do more.

I am not always motivated to clean my car, write blog posts, do accounting or go to the gym. However, once I start a bit I end up doing more than I expected.
